No zip-file dump. After Escrow clears, ownership moves organization-to-organization across GitHub and Cloudflare. Geo fulfillment timing is on each listing — typically 7–14 business days after cleared Escrow for metro SKUs; statewide brands follow the live property described in diligence.

Deploy from the transferred repo on Cloudflare Pages. Domain registration moves to your account.
When the transfer completes, platform assets move to the acquiring agency. Licenses, carrier appointments, and regulatory approvals are supplied separately. A listing that names extra accounts in diligence transfers those too — metro platforms are GitHub and Cloudflare.

License & appointments gate
Surety and commercial capture platforms require an active producer or agency license and carrier appointments to bind business from intake. The platform is infrastructure — not a license, appointment, or book of business.
Intake does not replace your compliance review, binding authority, or underwriting judgment. Integration endpoints use your credentials where carrier or payment connections apply.
